JTW Construction started as HJR Construction in 1990. Same ground, same standard, a lot more buildings.
Who we are
Josh Weaver runs JTW and answers the phone himself. There is no sales team between you and the person who will be on your site, which is why quotes come back in about a day and why nobody is going to talk you into square footage you do not need.
We are proudly a women-owned company, and we have been building in Douglas County long enough that most of our work now comes from people who have already seen one of our buildings standing on a neighbour's property.
How we work
Straight lines, tight trim and fasteners that are still holding in fifteen years. A post frame building is mostly judged on the details nobody notices until they fail.
The number we quote is the number you pay. No change orders invented at the end of a job, and no quiet substitutions on materials.
Function first, always, but a shop sitting on your property for thirty years should also be something you are happy to look at.
