Post frame structure framed on a finished concrete slab

Concrete & site work

Slabs, pads and driveways, poured by the crew that builds on them.

Flatwork across Roseburg and Douglas County, usually as part of a building we are putting up, sometimes on its own.

Post frame building under construction on a poured slab

Why it matters

The slab decides how the building sits for thirty years.

A shop is only as square as what it stands on. When we pour the slab ourselves, the dimensions, the thickness and the post placement are all worked out together instead of being someone else's problem on the day the crew shows up.

  • Shop and garage slabs sized to the building going on them
  • Equipment pads and approach aprons
  • Driveways and parking areas
  • Sidewalks and pads for tanks, generators and bins
  • Site prep and grading ahead of a build

Straight answer

Post frame is what we do best.

Concrete is something we offer because our buildings need it and because we are already on your property. If you want flatwork and nothing else, say so and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right crew for it.
